Sedaris vs. China

Thank you, Annie, for sending along this article on Chinese food by David Sedaris. Check it out for a good laugh.

I won't deny the truth in what he says, HOWEVER I promise that it's not always this bad. Also, I think Sedaris makes some excellent points about American's culinary biases and overzealous dietary restrictions.

Also, sometimes intestines or hacked-up meat is actually quite tasty.
